Overview

Musicmatch Jukebox, the world's most popular and most installed music software, was used to play music files and on-demand music, create playlists of music, and create custom, personalized radio stations based on the music you listen to most. During its prime Musicmatch Jukebox was the most installed software on OEM computers just behind the Windows operating system.

My Role

• Manage 2 Technical Writers and our collective project timelines to hit deliverable goals and ensure our documentation was always accurate and entertaining.
• Write all in-product help systems and most printed documentation, as well as managed a modified documentation set for our key partners, Apple, Dell, HP and Nike.
• Manage all key user-instruction deliverables across the development platform including in-product help, contextual help, printed manuals, Wiki, online guides, FAQs and process documentation.
